Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our New Athens dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your New Athens address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our New Athens branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from New Athens, IL property owners β the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our New Athens roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in New Athens isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and New Athens, IL licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a New Athens, IL warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in New Athens who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one New Athens call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first β some of the costliest New Athens jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later β our New Athens dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
We size the New Athens response to the actual damage β a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our New Athens units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For New Athens homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial New Athens accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in New Athens get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
Every New Athens job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every New Athens estimate is written and explained before work begins β no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Our New Athens, IL warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a New Athens tech at your door inside an hour.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
A short call with our New Athens dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
A licensed technician heads to your New Athens address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a New Athens job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line β it's written into every New Athens work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
